1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the fhfun website and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the fhfun Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

fhfun reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the fhfun Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of fhfun, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the fhfun Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that would make participation in real-money gaming harmful to you.

fhfun reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposits will be returned subject to verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on fhfun, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the fhfun Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. fhfun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

KYC Verification: fhfun is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fhfun supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and local bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to issuing bank policies.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your fhfun account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. fhfun complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC identity verification;
• Satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements;
• Withdrawal to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• Compliance with all applicable withdrawal limits as displayed on the Platform.

fhfun reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of security checks, AML reviews, or KYC verification. Players will be notified of any such delays via their registered contact information.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, fhfun offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus credit.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and bingo may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or hand is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: fhfun reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.

fhfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the fhfun Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their respective game rules, which are displayed within each game interface.

By participating in any game on fhfun, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and RNG technology, and past results do not influence future outcomes;
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. fhfun will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game state recorded on the server at the time of the interruption;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface;
• Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the fhfun server, the server record shall be deemed authoritative and final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fhfun Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one player account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.

8 Responsible Gaming

fhfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and no override will be permitted. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

Real-money gaming on fhfun is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your account, contact our support team immediately.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the fhfun Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of fhfun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of fhfun.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fhfun and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical malfunctions;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fhfun makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

In no event shall fhfun's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to fhfun. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fhfun complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

12 Suspension & Termination

fhfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable processing times. Bonus balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting fhfun customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fhfun Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting fhfun customer support. fhfun will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent fhfun from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

fhfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fhfun will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the fhfun Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
